Return Policy

We guarantee our products 100% and warrant them to be free of any defects. If you ever need to return product for any reason, simply follow these steps to ensure quick processing.

Our products come with both a:

  • 1 Year 100% Exchange Guarantee (defective items can be returned for exchange or store credit)
  • 1 Month 100% Refund Guarantee (defective items can be returned for refund)

Rules to follow for a return:

  1. All returned items require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA#, simply contact our customer support through the “Contact Us” tab.
  2. You will be issued an RA# along with instructions for returning your items.
  3. All items must be returned in the original packaging and be accompanied by invoice.
  4. Our replacement/refund policy stipulates that returned product must be received before replacement product can be shipped or a refund/credit can be issued.
  5. We will work to ensure timely processing of all returns. Please allow 5 business days for all replacement products to be shipped or refunds to be issued.

Refund Requests must be made within 30 days of Purchase. Exchange Requests must be received within 360 days of Purchase.
For qualifying returns, we provide free return shipping if we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged or defective item.
For all other return reasons (including customer error, voluntary customer return requests, refused parcels, parcels returned due to undeliverable addresses as provided by customer or other reasons not pertaining to incorrectly shipped/damaged/defective items), the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping, and will be credited only for unopened/unused product less a 15% restocking fee and less any shipping losses that we incurred in both directions.
For address corrections / reshipment requests by the customer, we can waive the restocking fee but reserve the right to charge the shipping fee to reship the parcel
