COLOR TONER INSTRUCTIONS

REFILL INSTUCTIONS

1. Remove one screw then remove the

plastic part.

2. This exposes the cap which seals

the filling hole.

3. Remove the cap by inserting the tip of a

screw driver and twisting it carefully.

Now you can pour toner into the cartidge

by attaching the nozzle to the bottle.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

Sometimes the QMS 2300 printer will not recognize the refilled cartridge. The only way to overcome this is to "RESET" the cartridge.

Reset instructions are providedided separately. It is always better to underfill than to overfill a cartridge. You can always add more toner

later. Uni-Kit toner is researched and tested to produce excellent results - your first refill should be nearly 100% same quality as the

original cartridge. It is recommended that you refill the same cartridge no more than 2-3 times, because with each print cyclethe car-

tridge will wear and tear and quality will slowly diminish.

Used OEM Cartridge

The QMS 2300 sensor is a small, white plastic

piece, located on the cartridge edge as shown in

the circle above.

When the cartridge is placed into the printer, the sensor (see red cirlce) gets ejected out

of the cartridge. When refilling the cartridge, the sensor must be pushed back into the

cartridge in order to reset it otherwise the printer will show an error.
