Troubleshooting:

If the printer gives you an error message after you

have installed the chip like "incorrect

toner" or "invalid toner" or any other error message,

then you need to SWITCH OFF the

printer, wait a few seconds, then switch it back ON

and hold down the MENU button

while you are powering it back on.

If your printer will only allow you to print in black

only mode, then go to your printer

settings, click on PROPERTIES and then restore to

printer defaults.
