REQUIRED FOR A SUCCESSFUL REFILL:
Toner (Uni-Kit Formula 3A)
1 funnel cap
1 hole plug
Toner Hole Making Tool
General Refilling Procedures:
1. Remove the label on the front of the cartridge.
2. Make a hole using the hole making tool (read general instructions on how to use the
hole making tool).
3. Refill by pouring toner into the fill hole through the nozzle attached to the toner
bottle. Make sure that you fill using only 1/3 of the toner or less! You can refill again
and again, but never put more than 1/3 of toner at one time.
4. Seal the hole using the sealing plug provided.
5. The smartchip needs to be replaced before the printer will recognize the refilled
cartridge. If you do not have a smartchip please check with your place of purchase or
contact us at support@uni-kit.com. To replace the chip simply strip the old one from
the cartridge, and apply the new one in its place (the chip has adhesive backing).
