Brother LC51 continuous ink system compatible with Brother LC51 printers. Warning: This continuous ink system is designed for the specified printers. Do not try using this system on any other printers.
We are pleased to announce the addition of the Uni-Kit Continuous Ink (UCI) System. The UCI System consists of a high-capacity ink reservoir (same as using around 8-10 ink cartridges per color) that is attached to a cartridge via secure tubing. The tubing acts as a vacuum to extract ink from the reservoir and keep the cartridge full of ink. Because of the large reservoir capacity, you can print for an extended period of time without running low right away. There is a red line on the reservoir to indicate when it is time to refill. Each C.I. System comes complete with easy-to-follow instructions, ink, and all accessories needed to successfully use the system. The included UCI cartridges have a permanent smart chip already installed, which will automatically reset itself when your printer power is turned off (for 5 seconds) and turned back on. No mess! No leaking! Not only do you get the Uni-kit Continuous Ink System but you will receive an an abundance of ink to get you started. For your convenience, there is a filter built into the ink tank, to prevent outside agents from contaminating and/or affecting the quality of your prints.
This system has been tested to work with the following Brother inkjet machines that use LC51: MFC-240C/MFC230C/MFC440CN/ MFC465CN/ MFC5460CN/ MFC685CW/MFC885CW. Although all printers that use LC51 can work with this CIS system, if your printer is not on our 'tested' list, make sure that your printer has enough room for the tubes to slide.
