Hi , I recieved Geneva Classic Collection watches His & Her. When I opened my gift, the watch Her was already broken and I saw the little paper wich informs me about your "One Year Guarantee". So, I want to know what can I do with this. Do I need to send it to you ? If no, to whom ?
