I have the Photosmart C6380 printer that uses the 564 and 564XL cartridges. Do you have products to refill the ink cartridges? If so, this will be the first time I'm refilling these cartridges...can you please give me your recommendation on what I need to get started? I also see comments about 'resetting a chip'...what is this?
