Hi, I have a Lexmark injet cartridge compatible with X7600 series printer. I recently bought the refill kit from you for the first time. This is the black cartridge. I punctured a hole on top of the cartridge that was underneath the label. I filled it with ink and when I tried to insert it into my printer, nothing printed. It almost seemed like the ink had done something to the remaining ink that was in the cartridge and stopped it from flowing as well. Can you provide some help on this? Thanks.
