My #23 black cartridge was still l/8 full when I added 6 ml of black ink, but the printer is not acknowledging the ink and says there is no ink, and I have to replace the cartridge. Also the printer has a screen saying that Lexmark cannot guarantee damages to the printer, by using unauthorized products. Please advise how I can reset.
